Aser Metal's Occupational Health and Safety Policy is based on respect for people and the environment. Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) is the first priority in the field where Aser Metal operates. The employer and the employee are obliged to do what is required to provide a safe and healthy working environment within their jurisdiction at Aser Metal.

Accordingly this;

• To comply with and enforce OHS legislation contained in all applicable laws, regulations and procedures to ensure the health and safety of our employees and visitors at the workplace, and our employees who works outside the workplace,
• To take all kinds of measures regarding OHS by using all technological facilities, to have tools and Personal Protective Equipment, to ensure that they are used when necessary,
• To determine in advance and to take the measures required to prevent improper situations, unsafe situations and movements that may cause occupational accidents and occupational diseases in the workplace by performing the risks assessment,
• As an employer, to prepare emergency action plans in the workplace and declare it to the personnel, to take the occupational safety measures requested from us and to provide a safe working environment for our employee,
• To ensure that our employees receive the essential training on occupational health and safety and have awareness of occupational health and safety and not to work in jobs where their health does not allow,
• To carry out all its activities within the framework of respect to the environment, to make an effort to do no harm to the environment and nature,
• We are committed to our OHS policy and ensure the continuity of our OHS Management System.
